Invitation VS Pressurization - Quick Quote

I remember an old song that we used to sing during worship out in Oregon in the early 1990s.
One of the lines was "He could have come with ten thousands of Angels, He could have come with a sword in his hand, He could have come as the Lion of Judah, and forced me to my knees; But the Lord, He Reigns, He Reigns from the tree..."
Well, I think it actually said "reigneth" from the tree. :-)
Jesus is our example, and He put love before coercion or pressure for sure!
